Attorney Maggie M. Montgomery is the founder of Melody Law, where her practice focuses on real estate law, property transactions, title matters, and estate planning. She provides practical, detail-oriented guidance to individuals and families throughout Minnesota, helping clients navigate each step of the legal process with professionalism and care.

Before founding Melody Law, Maggie built a diverse legal background across private practice and corporate environments. She has handled multimillion-dollar real estate and title insurance matters, 1031 exchanges, corporate formation, and complex title claims, and has helped close more than $1 billion in real estate transactions since 2019.

Maggie's experience in property transfers, curative title, and estate planning allows her to identify and resolve potential issues before they become obstacles, giving clients confidence throughout the transaction process.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, Criminal Justice, and Psychology from Southern Oregon University.

Outside the office, Maggie enjoys exploring Minnesota's lakes and trails, following local real estate development, engaging in faith-based conversations, golfing the great courses of the world, and giving back to her community.
